When creating future messages, you must have sufficient credits in your account for the message to be scheduled. If scheduling in advance, you can enable a feature to send to subscribers who have opted in after the message was scheduled. For more information for sending to new subscribers, click here.

If your messages appear to be sent at the wrong time, it's possible that your time zone information is incorrect.
To change your time zone:
- Click My Profile on the navigation panel.
- Select the correct Time Zone.
- Click Save.
